Digital Manga, Inc. and Tezuka Productions will release the entire Osamu Tezuka catalog in digital format worldwide -- she notes that previous efforts have been spotty and limited at best, and that a worldwide release is a relatively rare thing in that world. Kodansha will also expand its digital books program to multiple devices as of the middle of this month. Again, it sounds like the biggest companies are beginning to make strong, firm decisions in terms of strategy an execution in that world, including up-until-now stubborn players of various import.
